VISION - Through mentorship, employment opportunities, community outreach Jump Right will help redirect some of the negative perceptions of men and women of today, especially within minority communities that are traditionally socially and economically underserved.

MISSION - formal mission is "to help break the cycles of negativity in our communities by giving outlets of positivity and prosperity to ex-offenders and at-risk youth". The Jump Right Association, Inc. is a newly established non-profit organization that strives to “Restore our Future by Breaking the Cycle”.

     Jump Right Association, Inc. is here to help individuals currently or previously incarcerated as well as at-risk youths from repeating the cycle of minimal resources and poor decision-making that leads to negatively life-altering consequences. Created in 2006 with at-risk youth and former convicts in mind, Jump Right was formed to address critical issues that have been detrimental to the progress of our communities. Currently, there are over 76,000 inmates in the state of Georgia alone. While society is constantly condemning these people, there are very few outlets to help bring about positive change lives which would then support better decision-making and subsequent actions. Individuals should have the appropriate tools and resources to raise the standard of living for themselves and their families after they’ve paid their debt to society. Many times, the results of poor quality of life as opposed to an arbitrary criminal mind is the primary factor in these individuals ending up on the wrong side of the law in the first place.
